Pictures of my mom when she was young

If Tears Could Build a Stairway

If tears could build a stairway,

And memories were a lane,

We would walk right up to heaven

To bring you down again.

No farewell words were spoken,

No time to say good-bye.

You were gone before we knew it,

And only God knows why.

Our hearts still ache in sadness

And secret tears still flow,

What it meant to lose you,

No one will ever know.

When we are sad and lonely,

And everything goes wrong,

We seem to hear you whisper

"Cheer up and carry on."

Each time we look at your pictures,

You seem to smile and say,

"Don't cry, I'm only sleeping,

We'll meet again someday."

Me And My Mom

My Mom & Stepdad

He was the love of her life.

My Mom before she came home from the hospital

In Memory Of You

We want to always remember
The beautiful life you lived
And keep alive the memories we have
Through remembering what you did

For you’re so special to all of us
A wonderful person indeed
Your love, laughter and warm smile
Reflected a heart that believed

Just in the everyday things we do
We remember your faith and love
In the words you spoke to help us through
Is a continued reminder for us

Although we miss you so very much
We know we’ll see you once more
For this is the hope we have in God
Being re-united in the Lord

And as we gather we’ll continue to share
Special times we went through
For these are memories that warm our hearts
As we honor the memory of you

My Mother...

She was my shining example

Of strength and compassion

Of honor and love

I was grateful to call her "mom"

She made me proud

She wasn't only my mother

She was my dear friend

My mother had great strength

And she was wise...

I always knew I could draw from her strength

Whenever I needed it

It gave me the courage to grow up and take risks

To experience life's successes...

And a few of its failures

Mother's compassion for others was so deep!

She looked for the need and she filled it

She treated others with kindness and respect

And many lives were blessed through her goodness..."
